How to Cancel a PolyBuzz Subscription: Find the Billing Channel

Identify whether Apple, Google Play or another provider bills your PolyBuzz subscription, then keep evidence that renewal has stopped.

Quick answer

Find the receipt and cancel through the company that bills the subscription. For Apple or Google Play purchases, use that store’s current subscription controls; for another billing route, follow the provider’s account help. Keep the confirmation and effective date. Removing the app is not cancellation.

To cancel a PolyBuzz subscription, first identify who bills it. The device you use today does not necessarily identify where you subscribed. A person using an iPhone may have paid on the web, and a person using a browser may have an active store subscription.

This guide covers renewal cancellation. It does not operate your account or promise a refund. The PolyBuzz Terms, section 9.8, direct cancellation questions through Settings and Help Center. Use that route when the billing arrangement is unclear.

Let the receipt choose the route

Find the original receipt or the latest renewal confirmation. Note the billing company, account used for the purchase, product name and renewal period. Do not post the full receipt publicly: payment identifiers and account information rarely belong in a community troubleshooting thread.

What the receipt establishes Where to start
Apple billed the purchase The subscription controls for the Apple Account on the receipt
Google Play billed the purchase Subscriptions for the Google account used to pay
Another company billed it That billing arrangement and PolyBuzz’s current Help Center
No matching receipt has been found Identify the billed account or company before creating another purchase

Avoid subscribing again to make a missing subscription appear. That can create a second billing relationship without resolving the first.

For an Apple purchase

Apple’s current instructions describe opening Settings, choosing your name, then Subscriptions and the relevant subscription. The Apple Account must be the one associated with the purchase.

If the subscription is absent, compare the receipt with the account currently open. Apple explains that a missing receipt can indicate another billing company. Do not assume the merchant will appear in Apple’s list simply because you installed the app from the App Store.

Read the state shown after the cancellation action. Keep the confirmation and the effective expiration date in a small record. A screen that still shows paid access is not, by itself, evidence of another future renewal; distinguish access already paid for from the next billing event.

For a Google Play purchase

Google Play’s instructions start from the paying account’s subscriptions, where you select the subscription and cancel it. Google explicitly distinguishes uninstalling an app from canceling its subscription.

Follow the current store screen rather than searching indefinitely for a menu icon shown in an older article. If your list is empty, verify the Google identity and billing receipt. Keep the final state and effective date after completing the store’s confirmation steps.

For another billing channel, do not apply the Apple or Google path by analogy. Ask the responsible provider where renewal is managed, and state the receipt’s billing company without disclosing unnecessary card information.

Check the outcome you wanted

Your useful record is concise: subscription, billing channel, cancellation acknowledgment, effective date and whether any action remains pending. If the final screen is ambiguous, ask a specific question such as “Is another renewal scheduled after this date?”

Account deletion, stopping renewal and requesting money back are separate outcomes. Do not delete the account solely to test whether billing stops. Likewise, a canceled-renewal screen does not establish a refund decision.

If you later see another charge, compare its transaction date and billing identity with the confirmation before drawing a conclusion. Send the responsible support channel the minimum evidence needed to investigate. Never share a one-time code or password with someone offering to cancel the subscription for you.
