Scope
This policy applies only to PollyBuzz AI. It does not apply to PollyBuzz, Cloudflare, GitHub, or any other website linked from our pages. Review each third party’s current policy before using its service.
Data we request
This is a static informational site. It does not offer user accounts, on-site chat, payment, comments, or a newsletter at launch. We do not intentionally ask you to submit roleplay conversations, payment details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.
Infrastructure data
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Retention and handling are governed by those providers’ policies and our configuration.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 starts automatically when a normal browser opens a page, without an analytics permission button. It measures page visits, scrolling, outbound link clicks, device information and referral sources. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and are configured to expire after 180 days, subject to renewal when used. Google may process data outside your country. Google signals, advertising personalization and advertising storage are disabled.
GA4 automatically excludes known bots and spiders. This site also skips analytics for identifiable crawler user agents and browsers that explicitly identify themselves as automated. These filters cannot guarantee detection of every bot that impersonates a human visitor.
Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the Google Analytics opt-out browser setting are respected. Query strings and fragments are omitted from the page URL in our tag configuration, and referral URLs are reduced to their origin. We do not send chat messages, prompts, uploads or contact-form contents to Analytics. Clearing cookies does not erase data already processed by Google.
